Every session begins with a conversation.
We take time to explore what’s been happening in your body, how you’ve been feeling, and what you would like from the treatment. From there, we agree together on an approach that feels right for you.
Rather than following a fixed routine, I integrate methods intuitively and thoughtfully, responding to what your body presents on the day.
Treatments may include:
Holistic massage
Sports massage techniques for muscular tension and recovery
Reflexology
TMJ (jaw) treatment for tension, clenching and related discomfort
Kinesiology taping where additional support may be beneficial
Where appropriate, I may gently incorporate elements of mindfulness or breath awareness into the session. This isn’t structured meditation — simply small, supportive practices that can help settle the nervous system and deepen the therapeutic effect.
Sessions are always collaborative. There is no expectation to engage in anything that doesn’t feel comfortable, and the pace is guided by your needs.
